With a background in computer science and a career that includes global IT executive roles, I've had the privilege of witnessing the incredible impact that IT leaders can have on organizations.

Why Did I Create CTL?
The journey of CTL began with a simple yet powerful belief - that strong IT leadership is the cornerstone of successful organizations. I created CTL to provide a platform where IT leaders can come together, share their knowledge, and support each other in their professional growth.

As someone who has walked the path of an IT leader, I understand the challenges that come with this role. The ever-changing technology landscape, the pressure to make informed decisions, and the need to earn the trust of business peers - these are all hurdles that IT leaders face daily.
